Continuing my aerial videography endeavors is my primary purpose for not only my relocation, but also this new website. I enjoy flying in any form, as well as post-production video editing, and it provides a nice supplemental revenue stream for more adventures.

In addition to day trading and my flying endeavors, I also participate in Tax Lien and Deed purchases. I have purchased several over the last few years, including 20 acres in Utah outside of Cedar City, a home in Destin, Florida, several in Nevada, and a few pieces of land scattered across the United States.
I’m currently sitting on a list of $30,000,000.00 worth of available tax liens and deeds that are OTC (over the counter) purchases just waiting for collection, but I lack the time to do the research on more that 7,000 properties in just Florida alone.
